Australian Customers:
Postage will be calculated at checkout. Postage starts from $10.00 (excl. GST) for standard shipping.
International Customers:
Standard shipping cost: AUD$35.00
Delivery time:
Australian Customers:
Orders placed by 1pm CST will be dispatched that same day. For orders placed after this time, dispatch will occur the following business day (excluding weekends & public holidays).
We use Australia Post- parcel service for all of our online orders. Please allow 7 business days for you order to arrive. (Delays may occur during peak periods).
If you have not received your items within 7 business days of your order being dispatched, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
International Customers:
Standard delivery can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. If you wish for your item to be sent via Express please contact us via email before placing your order.
Returns:
We do not offer refunds on items that have been worn, "change of mind" or incorrectly ordered purchases. Please choose carefully.
In the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item, we are happy to exchange, repair or replace faulty goods. Please contact us in Advance of any return of Goods via; email (tetackle@bigpond.net.au) or phone (08 89471717).
Return of the Goods should be addressed to PO Box 37353, Winnellie NT 0821. The cost of the return postage is the Responsibility of the person returning the Goods. Please contact us via email tetackle@bigpond.net.au with any queries you may have.
